Timeframe for Returns: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for credit, a full refund, or size exchange in the same product.

Condition of Returned Items: The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the receipt of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exclusions: Initial shipping costs are not refunded, as these funds are used to purchase the shipping label at the time of the initial order shipment.

Exchange Policy: Orders can only be exchanged for another size, style, or store credit. If you require an exchange, please indicate your preferred size or style when initiating the return.

Documentation Required: Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the order invoice. This helps us process your return efficiently and accurately.

Refund Process: A refund is issued within 14 business days from the date the package arrives at our warehouse. You will be notified via email once the credit has been processed.


How to Initiate a Return:

2. Package the item securely, including the original invoice, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team using the prepaid return label.

3. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. Upon approval, we will proceed with the refund or exchange as requested.

Please note that returns received without prior authorization may be subject to delay or refusal.

Forgot to Apply Your Discount?

If you forget to apply your discount code during checkout, don't worry! Simply reach out to our customer service team via shop@devynnoir.com with your order number within 24 hours.

Retroactive Application of Discounts: We will retroactively apply your discount and issue a refund to your original payment method for the discount cost. However, please note that discounts can only be applied retroactively if the customer meets the requirements of the discount code.
